      We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order, un-worn, undamaged and with the original paperwork for refund or exchange, depending on the conditions below.

      ONLINE PURCHASE: If you placed the order online then please use our online Returns Form: [INSERT LINK] and we will process it the same day we receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days to show in your account. If you wish to exchange your returned item please put full details of what you would like on the Returns Form and we will process and either refund you any difference, or send you a link to pay the difference if the value is higher. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure your return or exchange makes it back to us.

      CUSTOM ORDERS: If we have made a custom item for you we can offer an exchange within 30 days, this is subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum of $75). Please be aware if the new item you are exchanging for is lower in value there will be no refund.

      PATTERN APPLIED PRODUCTS: We do not offer refunds on any products which have had a pattern applied, we can only offer exchange within 30 days,this is subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum of $75). Please be aware if the new item you are exchanging for is lower in value there will be no refund.

      ENGRAVED PRODUCTS: We do not offer refunds on any products which have been engraved, we can only offer exchange within 30 days.

      PLEASE NOTE FOR EXCHANGES: Please be aware we are unable to offer any further refund or exchange on exchanged products.

      Our Promise: Any refunds due will be made within 5 days of receiving your item. Credit card refunds can take up to 4 days to appear on your account.
